To my mind the Orbit sets are the most satisfying: the resulting models are in an ideal desktop scale and the detailed structures are visible. The Biochem set gave me easily enough atoms and bonds to model the steps of the Krebs TCA cycle and understand how the carbon atoms move from pyruvate into exhaled CO2. Great stuff. Highly recommended.
