Assessment on customs fees to be expected would be desirable. Otherwise, international customers would be reluctant to order again from you. For this order, 15 euros of customs duties had to be paid, on top of VAT ( 3,15 eur on custom duties (21%) + goods duties (21%), 32 eur).
